Anthony is a great teammate and talented designer. I've worked with Anthony since the Summer of '21 as part of the Product Trio in our cross functional product squad. Throughout that time, Anthony has been a strong advocate for the customer and their experience, helping to incorporate delight as well as functional needs into our product.
Anthony is very receptive to feedback, both for his work and personal development. Over the course of the last year and a half, he has grown considerably within his role, in no small part due to his willingness to listen and adapt. Notable examples include his proficiency in data discovery, using surveys and analytics to dig deep into user problems, and the strides he's taken with his communication and storytelling, benefitting himself, his colleagues and stakeholders.
One of my favourite things about Anthony is his infectious enthusiasm. His personality, approachability and his outlook make him a great addition to a product squad and a tone setter for the culture.

Anthony has been a delight to coach and mentor; he brings positive energy and fun to work. He has a curious mind. He's open to trying new approaches to solving customer problems and is open to feedback; He's a thoughtful and compassionate person.
Anthony has an analytical approach to solving problems, always putting himself in the user's mindset before ideating solutions. Using his curious mind, Anthony uses research as his starting point to build a hypothesis for rational thought through solutions.
He's highly collaborative working in his Product Squad, having the soft and hard skills to work in an agile Product environment with Product Managers and Engineers. As a Product Designer, he's a thought leader, sharing regular updates on work in flow. Anthony is autonomous, consistently delivering work on time and standards needed to ship good-quality outcomes.
